Last night, as part of our Culture and Identity class, we had a field trip to Skid Row, where we met General Jeff, a community activist. Skid Row has one of the largest populations of homeless people in the USA. I need to learn how to approach this work through thought-processes and dialogues that engage issues at both a macro and very micro level.

Als je net bent begonnen met plantaardig eten, dan kan het zijn dat je niet verder komt dan hummus op je brood als beleg. Super lekker natuurlijk, hummus. Maar het kan na een tijdje behoorlijk vervelen, ik spreek uit ervaring, haha! Daarom besloot ik iets nieuws te verzinnen. Recept Kastanje havermoutpap met pecancrumble. Ik ben dol op alles met gedroogde of gepofte kastanjes. Daar kun je mij echt voor wakker maken, de geur alleen al! Mis is die overheerli.
